Baking Soda – Google it’s uses and you have to say really what can in not do!! In fact we recently posted about using it in a detox bath.
So it should of come as no surprise when I remembered reading on the box it can help with gas, indigestion and stomach discomforts. And today after several days for an unknown reason suffering acutely from gas I thought back to that box and after researching in depth about risk VS reward to trying it on the web I made the decision ‘well why not it can’t hurt any worse.’
I am also acutely aware of trying to have little reliance on medical interventions and taking a more natural approach to my health and keeping my body clean, especially after taking steps to detox from the necessary medical prescriptions and treatment needed recently.
Therefore if you want some instant and I mean instant relief try mixing 1 teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of warm water and drink it down fast. I felt a rather strange but not unpleasant gurgling feeling as it moved through the digestive system and within minutes had shifted some very painful spots within an hour the bloat was significantly less and I felt almost normal.
